Development of novel heat-transfer technologies for optimizing :
o Automotive heat-transfer devices |
|
| Sept 2003 | |
'adTherm Technology' has developed new Technology & Simulation Software to understand how to optimize 'Heat-Transfer per Unit Mass' for Automotive multi-louver corrugated fins. This new Technology allows materials of different thermal conductivity & density to be directly compared. Now, the designer of 'Automotive Heat-Transfer Devices' will be able to confidently design for: o Same heat-transfer, lower mass; o Higher heat-transfer, same mass. Examples of the use of this new Technology are provided in the new papers listed below. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- New Studies Added: Comparative Study of 'Heat-Transfer per Unit Mass [W/kg]' between Copper & Aluminum Automotive Multi-Louver Corrugated Fin - Part 1 - Fin_Heat_Transfer_01.pdf .
